Ecolab hosted a private salon dinner during NYC Climate Week to connect with key leaders.
The dinner invitation, called A Story of Water, went out to an intimate roster of C-suite executives. It was designed to boost attendance by creating intrigue and evoking a sense of urgency around water conservation. Each invitation contained an exhibit glass cloche, placed inside a custom-made velvet drawer box. Each cloche held a genuine artifact. These artifacts were found on the shores of receding water ways and curated to match each guest’s background and interests. A note accompanied each artifact told a story of the found object and underscored water’s role in our past, present, and future.
The shipping label and the box took on the salon dinner’s branding for a cohesive visual experience. A custom pattern design, inspired by the texture and flow of water, wrapped around the cloche box, and served as a symbolic origin of artifact inside. A Story of Water typeface echoed the twists and swells of the water pattern design and teased the contents of the box.
